P1 - The New Broadband Epic in Malaysia.

P1 a new broadband provider in Malaysia. I already subscribe to the rm99 1.2mb download / 512kb upload package with a contract period of 2 years. I was able to use the service for the first month without any connection problem and the speed "yes superb" (because i am the only user - i guess). Until to the 2nd month, i started having problem whereby the wireless light indicator become unstable, the connection keep on disconnected and when i try to do the speed test i only get 4kb for upload. I ring up the P1 customer careline (1-300-800-888) and i was shocked as i've been told that they only covered till the 10th floor and which is my house at 14th. The best thing is this fuckin idiot customer service person promised will upgrade the service up to 14th floor on the next month (what an idiot he can explained like this). Until now the wireless signal become very weeker and i only can use the service if i got luck and i'm sure P1 will send me their lawyer letter for not paying them the service (i'm the victim again!!! ).

As the conclusion.... P1 suck....suck......suck...... !!!!!
